OKLAHOMA LAW
Your Rights Under Oklahoma Law
Abortion is currently illegal in Oklahoma except when a physician determines it is necessary to preserve the life of the mother.

-
The medical risks of the specific abortion procedure to be performed
-
The probable gestational age of the baby at the time of the abortion
-
The medical risks of carrying your pregnancy to term

Availability of free ultrasound and fetal heartbeat monitoring
-
Information about available medical assistance benefits for prenatal care, childbirth, and newborn care
-
That the father is liable to assist in the financial support of your child
-
Access to printed materials from the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure, including a resource directory
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
It May Not Be Too Late
If you've taken mifepristone (the first abortion pill) and have had a change of heart, there may still be time to continue your pregnancy.
Abortion Pill Reversal (APR)
Abortion Pill Reversal involves taking progesterone to counteract the effects of mifepristone. Time is critical — please reach out to us as soon as possible.
